If you are in the midst of a crisis, reach out to others! People need each other. We need to help others and we need help from others. Give yourself permission to ask for help. That is what helpers want you to do.
There is always dialing 9-1-1 for any emergency. Remember it is okay to use it. If you need to, ask for an officer to come and do a wellness check at your home.
If you need other types of help and don’t know where to turn, dial 2-1-1 for community aid referrals.
